Josh didn’t start Ridgemont Outdoor Design because it was easy — he started it because it felt right. Encouraged by his wife, Montana, he took what he was good at — building with his hands, working hard, and seeing a job through — and turned it into a business. There’s a kind of satisfaction that only comes from physical work, and Josh finds purpose in the process.
